Arab Art at its London Zenith
'In Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, bloodshed; but theyproduced Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci and the Renaissance. In Switzerland, they had brotherly love; they had 500 years of democracy and peace – and what did that produce? The cuckoo clock.’ The words of Orson Wells, as Harry Lime in the Third Man will be translated into Arabic this summer in London where the Zenith Foundation will present an Arab film seasons and a very rich programme.
